The need to belong

4:05:00 PM cc 0 Comments

Humans are social animals. Evolutionarily speaking, it is fair to say that social bonding has helped us survive. It is a tough world out there, and we have a lot better shot at thriving if we're sharing resources and responsibilities, protecting and supporting each other in groups. The is not say you need to be joined at the hip with everyone-our social needs have to be balanced with our autonomy, or sense of personal control, so we feel both connected and independent. However, sometimes we are denied that sense of belonging. We have all experienced the pain of being ignored or rejected at some point in our lives. It is worse than just about anything. The evidence for this is bundant - one recent study suggested that teenagers who had a sense of belonging to their community had better health and emotional outcome than those who did not feel like they belonged. Cultures all over the world actually use ostracism, or social exclusion, as a type of punishment whether it's kids in time-out, adults in exile, or prisoners in solitary confinement, separation feels like a punch in the gut

GOAL: To visit 6 countries by DECEMBER  18th, 2024

CURRENT STATUS: 1/6
the first step toward my new goal if visiting Six Countries

December, 19 th, was the day when I took the first step toward that dream I set recently, I always read about how much amazing is to travel but I never knew how much wonderful and extraordinary is to try and experience it urself...
It was fast, yeah I believe that I became more able to use the SECRET more than any other time, and I own that to first my God Allah and then to the environment where I live, my friends, my teachers and every single person I knew even the people I don't....this is what I believe it made me build a great understanding to how live this journey...

 Fisrt Day:
it was Friday.  I like Fridays for its blessings. Its the day of rest and Couscouss, I woke up on my mother's voice, it was cold and I could barely open my eyes. I wished to sleep for just five minutes but in the end I woke up, I brushed my teeth washed my face as fast as I can- I have always been the slowest person in preparing herself in our home- so I kinda hate to give the same impression to my cousin and aunt that I gave to my family....
By the time we got all our stuff out in the driveway, it was clear we had a space problem. Mom and my aunt started going through everything and wondering how we could fit all our staff in the car.
but we did...continued

Time is unity

11:58:00 AM cc 0 Comments

Electrical impulses, every cell knows and talks to every other cell, they exchange a thousand bits of information between them per second. Cells group together, forming a giant web of communication, which in turn forms matter, cells get together and take one form, deform, reform. Makes no difference, it is all the same.

Humans consider themselves Unique, so they rooted their whole theory of existence on their uniqueness. “One” is their unit of measure. But it is not, all social systems we’ve put into place are a mere sketch, One plus one equals two. That is all we have learned. But one plus one has never .equaled two. There are, in fact no numbers and no letters. We have codified our existence to bring it down to human size to make it comprehensible. We have created a scale so that we can forget unfathomable scale. But if the humans are not the unit of measure and the world isn’t governed by mathematical laws, what governs all that? Film a car speeding down a road. Speed up the image infinitely and the car disappears. So what proof do we have of its existence? Time gives legitimacy to its existence. Time is the only true unit of measure. It gives proof to the existence of matter. Without time, we do not exist.

Planning to Live My Life My Way....Personal Goal Setting

Through travel I first became aware of the outside world; it was through travel that I found my own introspective way into becoming a part of it.

GOAL: To visit 6 countries by DECEMBER  18th, 2024

CURRENT STATUS: 0/6

hey reader
Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality, and since I'm not from the kind of people that  feel as if they're adrift in the world. They work hard, but they don't seem to get anywhere worthwhile. so I like to spent enough time thinking about what I want from life...and here I'm setting a new goal of visiting 6 countries in the world, with the SMART mnemonic

- A new label was created in the blog.
- Six countries must be chosen.
- Two backbags must be bought.
- Camera must be charged.

              Fouzia Must Be Ready

I was born ready to do that

The United Kingdom, England, Great Britain

1:30:00 AM cc 0 Comments

The United Kingdom, England, Great Britain ? are these three the same place? are they different places ? Do British people secretly laugh those who use the terms wrongly ? who knows the answer to these questions? I do and I'm going to tell u right now.
For the lost:this is the world, this is the European continent and this is the place we have to untangle. the area shown in purple is the United Kingdom. Part of the confusion is that the UK is not a single country but is instead a country of countries, it contains inside of it four co-equal and sovereign nations. The first of these is England-shown here is red. England is often confused with the UK as a whole because it's the largest and most populous of the nations and contains the capital city, London. to the north is Scotland, shown in blue and to the west is Wales, show is white. And often forgotten even by those who live in the UK, is Northern Ireland shown in Orange. Each country  has a local term for the population. While u can call them all British it's not recommended as the four countries generally don't like each other. The Northern Irish, Scottish and Welsh regard the English as slave-driving colonial masters --- no matter that all the three have their own devolved Parliaments and are allowed to vote on English laws despite the reverse not being true --  and the English generally regard the rest as rural yokels who spend too much time with their sheep. However, as the four constitent countries don't have their own passports, they are all British Citizens, like it or not, The are British Citizens of the UK whose full name by the way is the United Kingdom of great Britain and Northern Ireland.where is great Britain then ? Right here: the Rean covered in black is great Britain. Unlike England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island, Great Britain is a geographical rather than a political term. Great Britain is the largest island among the British Isles. Within the United Kingdom, the term"Great Britain" is often used to refer to England, Scotland and Wales alone with the intentional exclusion of Northern Ireland. This is mostly, but not completely true, as all three constituent countries have islands that are not part of Great Britain such as the Isle of Wight, part of England, the Welsh, Isle of Anglesey and the Scottish Hebrides, The Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Islands of the Clyde.
The second Biggest Island in the British Isles is Ireland, It is worth nothing that Ireland in not a country, like Great Britain, it is a geographical not a political term, The Island of Ireland contain on it two countries, Northern Ireland --  which we have already discussed -- and the republic of Ireland, when people say that they are Irish, they are referring to the Republic of Ireland which is separate country from the UK. However both Republic of Ireland and the UK are members of the European Union even though England often likes to pretend that it's an Island in the mid-Atlantic rather  than 50 KM off the cost of Franc. But that's a story for another time.

Clip the wings of “I”

12:46:00 AM cc 0 Comments

PS: this is not my own article, it owns to Anand Prakash Anand and I came across to it while I was goggling... so happy reading

We always use the alphabet ‘I’ for self in capital form purely due to our ego. For the same reason we never use ‘i’ even in between the sentence. While addressing the gathering we stand erect as ‘I’and use ‘I’many times just to demonstrate our importance and eulogize our fineries due to ego. During young blooming age we walk in strutting posture but later on due to dwindling old age bend ourselves. Similarly we should understand the meaning of ‘I’ and ‘i’. When we write ‘I’ we first draw like a stick or vertical bar ‘1’ and then to make it glorious add a crown at its top like ‘T’ but still not satisfied add a foundation to its bottom like ‘I’ to make it further strong symbol of ego.
If ‘I’ and ‘i’ adjust, live together in an amicable way and at least smile sometimes, life will become heaven on this earth itself. We should lead our life laughingly and not become a laughing stock. We are short lived and our relations are also short lived, then why to differentiate between high and low like ‘I’ and ‘i’. Inequality is creating animosity amongst people. We should be realistic and not harsh. We should raise the status of lower strata of people. There should be complete transformation. O man time has changed; you also change and come down to reality

Alone together!

12:53:00 AM cc 2 Comments

Just a moment ago, my friends posted in his Facebook page about his feeling toward Facebook website, and how much displeased he is about it , and that led me to try to write about it, I know that I'm shitty writer but I like to have my own full clear vision about a specific topic and I found talking about Social Network in general and Facebook in particular interesting enough, so to begin with I think I have to start with my 17 years old when I was allowed to have a first access to the Social Network...and I can tell that those little websites so psychologically powerful, that they don't even change what we do, they change who we are. Some of the things I do now with our devices- only a few years ago - I would have found it odd or disturbing, but they have quickly become to seem familiar, just how I do things.
So neither I nor any one else can change the fact that Social Network has somehow
changed our lives, To the better Or the worst ? this question s answer depends on the self...Does this matters ? Of Course it does, we are setting up each other for trouble, trouble certainly in how we are relate to each other , but more trouble about how we are related to ourselves, for our capacity for our self-reflection, we are getting a new way of being alone together, people want to be with each other, but also elsewhere, connected to all the different places they want to be , they want to go in and out in places they want, because the thing that  matters most to them is control where they put they attention, but it can end up Hiding from each other.
Texting, email, posting, blogging all of those things let us present the self as we wanted to be, we get to Edit and that means that we get to delete which means that we get to retouch. the face, the voice, the body not too little, ot too much just too right....human relationships are  rich and demanding and we just clean them up with technology.
Personally, I prefer a real conversations, face to face because I just love to  look at how beautiful the smile drown in my friend's faces like the sun set clouds on fire rather then see some hhh , I like the real hugs and kisses rather than XOXO, I don't like to see ****is typing, i like to stare at the eyes of my beloved people, to read their eyes, some little Mega bites of Binary system can't do that even in video chatting, I like to hold my friends and my family's hands while talking to them, but.......exactly there will be always that BUT...
We are being disturbed by many people in social network, I will take the case of Facebook, Facebook affords the option of Blocking people and if you can't block it because of some Protocols and etiquette there are an alternative way...put them in a category in which they don't see any activity you do, Facebook affords as I said of classifying your friend to "Close Friend", "People I don't want them" and so on.  you can give every category a specific features about how they can see you...which sometimes comes in handy...I mean all the time.
So here you are dear readers in the end a quiz that you may wanna play; can you imagine yourself without social network life ? the place where you probably got to know a people who listen to you, cared about you, who made an impact in your life and became part of it, and by your absence you would make them anxious and worry about how and where you are ?  they can do other efforts in order to reach you and solve the puzzle of a disappearance? do they deserve to be hurt by you ? if yes then delete your database from Social Network...Just do it

There is a girl within my soul

9:39:00 PM cc 0 Comments

There is a girl within my soul
that beautified herself with chastity
And there are freckles on her cheeks
that grew from musk
And l lost my mind
I lost my sanity when I saw her
And when I tried to approach her she refused and walked away
And when I tried to approach her she refused and walked away
If you see her tell her
that I am so deeply in love with her
And mention me with all the good things
hoping that one day she would give me a chance
If you see her tell her
that I am so deeply in love with her
And bring her to my grave after I am gone
as my bones are craving to be stepped on by her feet
Now my soul is calling her
and my eyes are following her footsteps
The only thing that cured me
was my hope
that one day I would see her again

The role of failure in my own life, is it important to share with others ?

10:41:00 PM cc 2 Comments

I say, "No, I don't" and to get to the reason why I answered this way, you and I have to think about success and failure a little differently than we're used to.
To begin with, Winston Churchill once quoted as follow “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
the fact of how scientists or entrepreneurs are not ashamed or afraid to share their failures should be pointed out. They share often and without hesitation because their goal is to advance everyone’s knowledge of how the world works, and figuring out how it doesn't work is an essential piece of that puzzle.
To return to, I believe that what matters most is the lessons you learnt from our failures experiences, so instead of telling you my melodramatic sad failures stories, it would be better to sum up the scenario into WHAT I HAVE LEARNT FROM  ?, and here you some of it; if something isn't going to work, fail fast. Don't waste time, Don't tie yourself to a particular business model. Be ready to pivot; be ready to adapt.
In the end those little failures experiences will just make you more practical, you will gain a real-world experience, will make u practitioner...isn't this enought
see? no drama just reality plus I'm not neither a scientist nor an entrepreneur...

Truth Seekers

11:00:00 AM cc 0 Comments

As in the Prophet’s era there are people in our times seeking the truth. In many cases it is due to dissatisfaction with the dogmas of their religions. These seekers find that their questions are unanswered in their inherited religion and blind faith is insisted upon by its priests.Consequently, more literature, tapes and programs which present the Islamic solutions to religious mysteries needs to be developed. Literature which demonstrates that Prophet Jesus was in fact a prophet of Islam and that his message was Islam needs to be widely distributed.

The Etiquette of Reciting the Qur’an

2:41:00 PM cc 0 Comments

Ibn Katheer mentioned some of these etiquettes, and among them are the following :

*One should neither recite nor touch the Qur’an except in a state of purification.
* One should use Siwak to clean his teeth before recitation.
* One should wear his best clothes.
* One should face the direction of prayer (Qiblah).
* One should pause his recitation when yawning.
* One should not interrupt his recitation and speak, except if necessary.
* One should be attentive to what he is reciting.
* One should pause at a verse mentioning reward and ask Allah for that reward.
* One should pause at a verse mentioning punishment and seek refuge in Allah from that punishment.
* One should not leave the Qur’an opened, nor place anything on it.
* One should not raise his voice when reciting to the extent that he confuses other adjacent recitors.
* One should not recite in marketplaces and places of distracting noise.

The Virtues of Reciting Qur’an

2:23:00 PM cc 0 Comments

The Qur’an is the word of Allah. The superiority of the Qur’an over the words of His creation is like the superiority of Allah Himself over His creation. The movement of the tongue in reciting the Qur’an is the best action that the tongue may ever perform.
There are many virtues in teaching and reciting the Qur’an, some of which are the following :
* The reward of teaching : The Prophet  said: “The best of you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it(al-Bukhari).
* The reward of reciting : The Prophet  said: “Whoever reads one letter of the book of Allah will be rewarded for it with a good reward, and this good reward will be increased tenfold.”(at-Tirmidhi).
* The reward of learning the Qur’an, memorizing it and being skillful in its recitation : The Prophet  said: “The one who reads the Qur’an while having previously memorized it is with the noble dutiful angels, and the one who recites the Qur'an while it is difficult for him will receive two rewards. ” (al-Bukhari and Muslim) He also said: “It will be said (in Paradise) to the recitor of the Qur’an who acted upon its teachings: read, ascend, and beautify as you did in your worldly life, for indeed your level is that equal to your last verse.(at-Tirmidhi)

More people speak English than any other languege, but according to English langueges expert David Crystal, non-native speakers now outnumber native speakers by three to one."There's never before been  a languege that's been spoken more as a second languege than first,"he says. By the end of last year, the number of adult English speakers inAsia had reached 350 million. And according to the British Council, in ten years time 2 billion people will study Englsih and about half the world's population will speak it.

He watched us with a dark scowl on his bitter face. The anticipation drained from his eyes, and then, just before the forest came between us, his face suddenly crumpled in pain.
I know that last glimpse of his face would haunt me until I saw him smile again. And right there I vowed that I would see him smile, and soon. I would find a way to keep my friend.
Edward kept his arm tight around my waist, holding me close. That was the only thing that held the tears inside my eyes. I had some seriouse problems. My best friend counted me with his enemies.

Raging between forces of life and decay, that the survival of the forest itself depends on the outcome, and that the good guys need all the help they can get, and that if you don't believe it, take a close look, and if you still don't look closer,

FROM SCI-FI to WI-FI?

1:34:00 AM cc 0 Comments

It is often said that reality mirrors art. In today's world of robotics and artificial intelligence, it is perhaps more accurate to talk about fact mirroring (science) fiction. The link between science fiction and reality has long been pooh-poohed by skeptics and scientists alike, but no-one on either side of the argument can question the fact that the world of sci-fi has increasingly become the world of wi-fi, in daily life from the world's poorest to the most developed countries.

But where did all this begin? For Generation X who believe, as indeed do most youth generations, that they invented everything, it may come as something of a surprise to learn that robotics has probably been around since the dawn of civilization.

Ancient cultures told stories in their myths and legends about 'artificial people,' and early Greeks and Muslim scholars devised prototypes of objects with what are now considered robotic characteristics and defining features. Leonardo da Vinci, thought of as the archetypical Renaissance Man, apparently made drawings of a mechanical knight which—or should that be who?—could sit up, wave its arms and move its head and jaw in what have come to be defined, with the benefit of retrospective hindsight, as the beginnings of a humanoid robot. And all of this some five hundred years before we had movies like Blade Runner or I, Robot to appeal to our futuristic senses. The seeds of the future are always planted in the past, it seems.

This link between fact and science fiction has given rise to many interesting discussions. Erudite and philosophical debates rage as to whether the popular TV sci-fi series Star Trek — now some 40 years old — was actually responsible for ushering in many of today's handheld devices. Proponents, and indeed major actors involved with the original series like William Shatner (a.k.a Captain James T. Kirk), contend that the writers were nothing short of visionaries — modern day equivalents of men like Da Vinci, who in the 15th century in some inexplicable way managed to see into the future and predict what was to come. Advocates of this idea point to devices such as the 'phaser,' and its much-loved accompanying TV-line, 'Set phasers to stun.' This program prop was like a gun that could immobilize or, on occasion, even kill an enemy or being by shooting rays at them. Fast forward to 2009; witness recent outrage and controversy over law enforcement 'aids' such as the taser, a hand-held gadget which can immobilize. Unfortunately this weapon has recently come in for some very bad press; a few well-publicized cases in North America and Canada bear witness to their potential as a deadly, lethal weapon. It is interesting to note, however, how the names of these two devices rhyme, lending yet more credibility to the idea that the one may have indeed spawned the other.

Sci-fi to wi-fi. Our world is more and more like a science-fiction TV show!

ps: I have found this artical really interesting that made me wanna blog it....hope u like it

How Does Time Work ?

12:48:00 AM cc 0 Comments

Our life is slipping away with eatch tick of the clock, tick by tick, second by second, time has moved on in seeemingly constant manner from the beginning of the universe to the present day, It's one of the few things we regard as regular and unchanging,
Civilisations have risen and fallen, stars have been born and extinguished, and our one method of keeping track of every event in the universe and on earth has been comparing them to the present day with the regular passing of time.
For Newton time is like an arrow fired from a bow, travelling in a direct straight line and never deviating from its path, To newton, one second on Earth was the same length of time as that same second on Mars, or Jupiter, or in deep space, and by applying this theory he was ablt to asume that  TIME MUST TICK FROM.

Every munite, every second, you're deciding where to move your legs,  where to move your eyes or where to move your limbs, and yet we are making all this decision without even realizing.
we like to think that as a species, we are pretty smart, we like to think we are wise, rational creatures. By we may have to think again, In every decision you make, there is a battle in your mind between intuition and logic, it's a conflict that plays out in every aspect of your life, what you eat, what you belive and with whom you are falling in love with, and most powerfully, in decision you make about money
and here when we have to point out about the two Systems of our mind, Two ways of thinking:fast and slow, the fast one called also System 1, it is powerful, effortless and responsible for most of what we do. The other mode is slow or System 2,  deliberate, logic and rational and it's the bit you think of as you, the voice in your head
If we want to avoid mistakes, we have to reshape the environment we've built around us rather than hope to change ourselves, we are limited, we are not perfect, we're rational in all kinds of ways, but we can build a world that is compatible with this and get us to make better decisions rather than worse decisions. And by accepting our inner stranger, we may come to a better understanding of our own minds.

Deliver Me...

10:07:00 PM cc 0 Comments

Looking out from underneath,
Fractured moonlight on the sea
Reflections still look the same to me,
As before I went under.

And it's peaceful in the deep,
Cause either way (Cathedral, where) you cannot breathe,
No need to pray, no need to speak
Now I am under, Oh.

And it's breaking over me,
A thousand miles down (on)to the sea bed,
Found the place to rest my head.

And the arms of the ocean are carrying me,
And all this devotion was rushing over (out of) me,
And the crashes are heaven, for a sinner like me,
But the arms of the ocean deliver me.

Though the pressure's hard to take,
It's the only way I can escape,
It seems a heavy choice to make,
But now I am under, Oh.

And it's breaking over me,
A thousand miles down to the sea bed,
Found the place to rest my head.

Never let me go, never let me go.
Never let me go, never let me go.

And the arms of the ocean are carrying me,
And all this devotion was rushing over (out of) me,
And the crashes are heaven, for a sinner like me,
But the arms of the ocean deliver me.

And it's over,
And I'm going under,
But I'm not giving up!
I'm just giving in.

Oh, slipping underneath.
Oh, so cold, but so sweet.

In the arms of the ocean, so sweet and so cold,
And all this devotion I never knew at all,
And the crashes are Heaven, for a sinner released,
Then (And) the arms of the ocean, deliver me.

Never let me go, never let me go.
Never let me go, never let me go.

Deliver me.

Never let me go, never let me go.
Never let me go, never let me go.

Deliver me.

Never let me go, never let me go.
Never let me go, never let me go.

Never let me go, never let me go.
Never let me go, never let me go.

And it's over,
And I'm goin' under,
But I'm not givin' up!
I'm just givin' in.

Oh, slipping underneath.
Oh, so cold, but so sweet

it is good that feeling that I used to have, say what I like and how I think without being scared that I would be rejected, but my life sudenly became a subject of so many people, what I hate most about the unOBA poeple  is their careless and emotionless they have bad definitions for awesome great wonderful things, they try to creat the bad in the heaven somehow, u try to discuss with them and the only thing they do for u is to reply by "I need to go"

With the deepest gratitude I wish to thank every person who has come into my life and inspired, touched and illuminated me through their presence, to the avatars and master teachers from the past whose writings lit a burning fire of desire within me, I have walked in the shadows of their greatness

hey mem,
some people I know, actualy alot keep complaning about not having jobs, and for the whom who have job complaine about not having a good salery, and for the whom who have a good salery will try somehow to find a reason to keep complaning about their lives, and u know what, this is so normal, knowing me those people make me........kind of aware about what I'm gonna face in the furtur, that's makes the funny parts fannier and the scary parts scarier, and which comes in handy,:), and makes me super excited about the idea of gratuating, having a job, and lot of things......yey
