The need to belong
Humans are
social animals. Evolutionarily speaking, it is fair to say that social bonding
has helped us survive. It is a tough world out there, and we have a lot better
shot at thriving if we're sharing resources and responsibilities, protecting
and supporting each other in groups. The is not say you need to be joined at
the hip with everyone-our social needs have to be balanced with our autonomy,
or sense of personal control, so we feel both connected and independent. However,
sometimes we are denied that sense of belonging. We have all experienced the
pain of being ignored or rejected at some point in our lives. It is worse than
just about anything. The evidence for this is bundant - one recent study
suggested that teenagers who had a sense of belonging to their community had
better health and emotional outcome than those who did not feel like they
belonged. Cultures all over the world actually use ostracism, or social
exclusion, as a type of punishment whether it's kids in time-out, adults in exile,
or prisoners in solitary confinement, separation feels like a punch in the gut
TUNISIA...A HAPPY FAMILY
GOAL: To visit 6 countries by DECEMBER 18th, 2024
CURRENT STATUS: 1/6
the first step toward my new goal if visiting Six Countries
December, 19 th, was the day when I took the first step toward that dream I set recently, I always read about how much amazing is to travel but I never knew how much wonderful and extraordinary is to try and experience it urself...
It was fast, yeah I believe that I became more able to use the SECRET more than any other time, and I own that to first my God Allah and then to the environment where I live, my friends, my teachers and every single person I knew even the people I don't....this is what I believe it made me build a great understanding to how live this journey...
Fisrt Day:
it was Friday. I like Fridays for its blessings. Its the day of rest and Couscouss, I woke up on my mother's voice, it was cold and I could barely open my eyes. I wished to sleep for just five minutes but in the end I woke up, I brushed my teeth washed my face as fast as I can- I have always been the slowest person in preparing herself in our home- so I kinda hate to give the same impression to my cousin and aunt that I gave to my family....
By the time we got all our stuff out in the driveway, it was clear we had a space problem. Mom and my aunt started going through everything and wondering how we could fit all our staff in the car.
but we did...continued

Time is unity
Electrical
impulses, every cell knows and talks to every other cell, they exchange a
thousand bits of information between them per second. Cells group together,
forming a giant web of communication, which in turn forms matter, cells get
together and take one form, deform, reform. Makes no difference, it is all the
same.
Humans
consider themselves Unique, so they rooted their whole theory of existence on
their uniqueness. “One” is their unit of measure. But it is not, all social
systems we’ve put into place are a mere sketch, One plus one equals two. That
is all we have learned. But one plus one has never .equaled two. There are, in
fact no numbers and no letters. We have codified our existence to bring it down
to human size to make it comprehensible. We have created a scale so that we can
forget unfathomable scale. But if the humans are not the unit of measure and
the world isn’t governed by mathematical laws, what governs all that? Film a
car speeding down a road. Speed up the image infinitely and the car disappears.
So what proof do we have of its existence? Time gives legitimacy to its
existence. Time is the only true unit of measure. It gives proof to the
existence of matter. Without time, we do not exist.
Planning to Live My Life My Way....Personal Goal Setting
Through travel I first became aware of the outside world; it was through travel that I found my own introspective way into becoming a part of it.

GOAL: To visit 6 countries by DECEMBER 18th, 2024
CURRENT STATUS: 0/6
hey reader,
Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn your vision of this future into reality, and since I'm not from the kind of people that feel as if they're adrift in the world. They work hard, but they don't seem to get anywhere worthwhile. so I like to spent enough time thinking about what I want from life...and here I'm setting a new goal of visiting 6 countries in the world, with the SMART mnemonic
- A new label was created in the blog.
- Six countries must be chosen.
- Two backbags must be bought.
- Camera must be charged.

The United Kingdom, England, Great Britain
The United Kingdom, England, Great Britain ? are these three the same place? are they different places ? Do British people secretly laugh those who use the terms wrongly ? who knows the answer to these questions? I do and I'm going to tell u right now.
For the lost:this is the world, this is the European continent and this is the place we have to untangle. the area shown in purple is the United Kingdom. Part of the confusion is that the UK is not a single country but is instead a country of countries, it contains inside of it four co-equal and sovereign nations. The first of these is England-shown here is red. England is often confused with the UK as a whole because it's the largest and most populous of the nations and contains the capital city, London. to the north is Scotland, shown in blue and to the west is Wales, show is white. And often forgotten even by those who live in the UK, is Northern Ireland shown in Orange. Each country has a local term for the population. While u can call them all British it's not recommended as the four countries generally don't like each other. The Northern Irish, Scottish and Welsh regard the English as slave-driving colonial masters --- no matter that all the three have their own devolved Parliaments and are allowed to vote on English laws despite the reverse not being true -- and the English generally regard the rest as rural yokels who spend too much time with their sheep. However, as the four constitent countries don't have their own passports, they are all British Citizens, like it or not, The are British Citizens of the UK whose full name by the way is the United Kingdom of great Britain and Northern Ireland.where is great Britain then ? Right here: the Rean covered in black is great Britain. Unlike England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Island, Great Britain is a geographical rather than a political term. Great Britain is the largest island among the British Isles. Within the United Kingdom, the term"Great Britain" is often used to refer to England, Scotland and Wales alone with the intentional exclusion of Northern Ireland. This is mostly, but not completely true, as all three constituent countries have islands that are not part of Great Britain such as the Isle of Wight, part of England, the Welsh, Isle of Anglesey and the Scottish Hebrides, The Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Islands of the Clyde.
The second Biggest Island in the British Isles is Ireland, It is worth nothing that Ireland in not a country, like Great Britain, it is a geographical not a political term, The Island of Ireland contain on it two countries, Northern Ireland -- which we have already discussed -- and the republic of Ireland, when people say that they are Irish, they are referring to the Republic of Ireland which is separate country from the UK. However both Republic of Ireland and the UK are members of the European Union even though England often likes to pretend that it's an Island in the mid-Atlantic rather than 50 KM off the cost of Franc. But that's a story for another time.
